Privacy Policy

Effective July 30, 2026

Reshore Labs is a trade name of BOMForge, Inc. ("Reshore Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you use a contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, and the details you include in your message.

How the contact forms work

When you submit a form, your entry is sent to our server, formatted into an email, and delivered to our team inbox. Any file you attach travels with it. We do not keep a copy of your submission in a database on this website. The processing runs on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and delivery runs through Resend, our email provider. If that path fails, the form falls back to opening your own email application with the message pre-filled.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses two analytics services so we can see how many people visit, which pages are useful, and where visitors come from. They are Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, and PostHog, provided by PostHog Inc. We use both for our own measurement only. We do not run advertising pixels.

Both services store a first-party cookie in your browser. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a property identifier, which hold a randomly generated number for up to two years. PostHog sets a cookie whose name begins with ph_ and ends with _posthog, which holds a randomly generated number for up to one year. These numbers let us count one returning visitor as one person instead of several. They are not linked to your name or your email address unless you send us a form, and we do not join the two.

Through these services we collect the pages you view, the site or search that sent you here, your browser and operating system, your device type and screen size, your language, and the time and length of your visit. PostHog also records which links and buttons you click. Both services use your IP address to estimate your approximate city, region, and country. Google does not store the address itself. PostHog does store it alongside each event. We do not capture what you type into a form, and we do not record your screen.

Google and PostHog act as our service providers and process this information under their own terms. Their privacy policies apply to their handling of it: Google Privacy Policy and PostHog Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off on our property, we have not linked an advertising account, and this data is not combined with any advertising profile.

You can turn analytics off at any time using the control below. You can also set your browser to block cookies for this site, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor as an opt-out signal. Turning analytics off does not affect the forms or anything else on the site.

Loading your current setting. If this message does not change, JavaScript is turned off in your browser and no analytics is running.

How we use your information

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service you ask for (for example, introducing you to a counterparty at your request), with service providers under confidentiality, or when required by law or to protect our rights. Our service providers include Cloudflare (hosting and form processing), Resend (email delivery), Google LLC and PostHog Inc. (analytics), and Calendly (scheduling, only if you book a call).

Data security and export control

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method is perfectly secure, and standard email is not end to end encrypted. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, trade secrets you are not authorized to share, or ITAR or export-controlled technical data through this site or by email. Export-controlled work is handled only under a separate compliance agreement.

Your choices and California rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can turn off analytics using the control above. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as our scheduling and BOMForge platform pages. Their use of your information is governed by their own policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
